I wanted to take a minute to let you know of an awesome car buying experience my wife and I had at one of your dealerships. Yesterday we purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Sanford, Florida. It is the first time in 30 years of buying cars that I walked away feeling like I got treated fairly and with respect. This is an amazing accomplishment considering that I feel that buying a car is one of the most stressful events in my life. Several months ago, before ground was even broken on the dealership, I began working with Patrick O'Donnell in Northfield, IL. He has been amazing! He set everything up, answered my endless questions, gave accurate and much needed advice about options and features, and even calmed me down when I became a little overwhelmed with the stress of the car buying experience. You need to buy Patrick and his wife first class airfare so that they may come to Florida in December for the grand opening of the new dealership. He certainly must be one of your most valuable employees! I would also like to thank some of the employees at the new Sanford, FL dealership. New Car Manager Brian Williams for taking time out of his busy schedule in the midst of setting up the new dealership to answer my questions and emails, and for personally overseeing all of the aspects of my purchase. Sales Consultant Dennis Larson for guiding me through the whole process, and making sure every detail was taken care of to my utmost satisfaction. I would also like to thank Business Manager Michael Hayes who went over every financial detail, made sure that I got the best financing available, and that I was offered every available option, some of which I had never heard about and decided to purchase at the last minute. There were many other unnamed employees that greeted us with a smile, offered assistance, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We really appreciate it.
