Our Salesman, Jared, was absolutely wonderful to work with. After everything that I went through for three consecutive days in a row trying to pull any cooperation out of our local Dodge dealerships, I was completely taken back by the overall experience that your dealership offered to me.

My name is Judith Reynoso I am a recent client / customer of the above mentioned location. I wanted to share my quick story with you. I am also in "Sales" I am a realtor but working for a builder at the moment, and I am a true believer of networking /referral. My co-worker happens to be a very good friend of Mr.Kiki Sanchez and he recommended me to go and see him, at first I was debating because of finacial situation and low credit score. My previous car was totalled in a car accident while I was performing work duties and it was total loss,company did not respond. Make the long story short "no car" no work, etc.. This thursday I decided to come check you guys out being that I'm SO in LOVE with my DREAM truck "The of course Wrangler 4 door hard top"!...my intentions in coming in was test drive, check credit, see what happens and if not just leave with an open mind.... I called Kiki but he was off so he recommended me to ask for "Ryan".... As soon as I got to the dealership "Ryan" was already expecting me with the Upmost hospitality like If we knew each other for a long time.  We spoke about my situation, we did the application, etc.. He then introduced me to Will, and OMG!!!!......from that moment of the entrance till I left I felt like the RED CARPET was rolled out. The 1st dealership without NO PRESSURE SALES I've been to, next moment I know I was signing papers NOT to my "Dream Truck", but to another wonderful vehicle that fits my needs, and budget. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!!! and cant STOP saying how much these guys "EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS" it went so smooth that I felt it was meant to be. These guys are THE BEST and I will tell this to anyone.

I want to extend my appreciation to you and Larry for the professionalism you showed during the ordering and delivery of my new Sahara. Being a member of WranglerForum.com, I have access to a vast amount of information and the opinions of thousands of fellow Jeep owners. They recommended I contact Pat in your Illinois office, and he in turn directed me to you. Both you and Pat are mentioned in many places on WranglerForum.com, and are very well respected in the Jeep community.

You made the ordering process very simple and easy to understand, and our negotiations were both pleasant and fair to both parties. The Jeep arrived when you said it would (well, the winter storms up north delayed it a couple of days, but you were upfront and truthful about the reason), and the delivery process was quick and easy.

I have had prior dealings with Fields Auto Group when I owned a couple of BMW's, and, of course expected a higher level of service. It is a pleasure to find that Fields Auto Group maintains the same level of service and professionalism throughout their whole line of dealerships and products.

Again, many thanks for the work you did getting me into my new Sahara. I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future via your Service Department and of course, when I'm ready for my next Jeep!

"Fields will be our first and only stop when we shop for our next vehicle..."

...I am writing (a bit belated) to thank you and your team for providing an exceptional experience a few weeks ago when my wife and I leased a 2014 Dodge Dart Rallye.

I especially want to thank your sales rep, Wes Noll, for giving me no-hassle, no-pressure, straightforward service. He answered every question with honesty and sincerity. And when he didn't know an answer to a question, he told me quite plainly that he didn't know, but that he would find out. I appreciate that I didn't feel like I needed to filter through layers of "BS" just to get an answer from Wes.

I also want to commend Ventura Lozano for making the signing process for the lease quick and easy. He, too, answered every question I had and did not flinch when I asked him to explain each item I was signing or to make me a copy of certain pieces of paperwork.

As I explained to Wes when I first spoke to him, I was doing research that day. Although I had a Chrysler Employee Control Number from my brother, Dwight Brubaker (who works at the Orlando PDC), entitling me to EP pricing, and although we had already purchased a Jeep Patriot from Fields before, I intended to shop around for the best possible deal for a new car. Because of our positive experience with Fields, I wanted your dealership to have "first crack" at my business.

Wes allowed me to run a credit report, print the report so I could take it to other dealerships, and explained what he thought the best offers he could swing were. It was shortly before I left that I met you and explained my situation. Again, neither you nor Wes pressured me in the least. Both of you listened to what my needs were (and even heard me out about a past issue with your Service Department that was ultimately made right by your Service Manager), and you both assured me that even though I would be visiting other dealerships, you would keep me informed of what could be done.

As the day progressed, I visited AutoNation Honda in Sanford and David Maus Volkswagen on Lee Road. While I was at both dealerships, Wes called me to keep me informed of what you and he were working out for me. I planned to visit a Nissan dealership, but by the time I left David Maus, I realized the sort of car they could provide for my price point.

Bottom line #1: Wes and you were able to get me and my wife into a loaded Dart for LESS than what I would have paid for either a base model Honda Civic or Volkwagen Jetta.

My wife has been driving the car for three weeks now, and she absolutely loves it! We currently plan to purchase it after the lease term expires.

Bottom line #2: Fields will be our first and only stop when we shop for our next vehicle. And whenever the opportunity arises, we will tell friends, family, and coworkers about the excellent service at Fields.

Once again, my sincerest thanks to you, Ventura, and especially Wes for going the extra mile to make this a positive experience for me. The next time I come in for service, I will drop by to say hi.

I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience as I did this week with Brian Williams (Sales Manager) and Tom Horton (Sales Consultant) from Fields Jeep in Sanford, Florida.  My wonderful experience started out with me calling and talking with Brian Williams on a particular car and him having it sitting out front and ready to take for a test drive with Tom (which I was not expecting that kind of service right out of the gate and it was a very pleasant surprise).   There was zero pressure from Tom, which was another pleasant surprise and he was just there to help me in any way that he could.  After the test drive and back at the dealership I told Brian where I wanted to be price-wise, et cetera and we came to an instant agreement providing me several options.  I said I wanted to think about it overnight, he said "no problem."   I called back a few days later and told Brain I had a few changes/extras to what I wanted and Tom and Brian 'worked like crazy that morning' to get/find me exactly what I wanted and I drove it home later that day and was incredibly happy.  Thank you Brian and Tom!

I got your email from the IM guy on the website. It is very important that you read and forward this correspondence. I want all management all the way up to the top to know of my recent experience.

I purchased my used ford F250 from salesperson Kevin Stewart. Mr Stewart never put pressure on me to buy and was very informative about the potential deal with turned into a closed deal. I had a few issues with my new (used) truck and dealt with service advisor Kerry Kearney who was very professional and informative.

Rather than be overly verbose detailing how great my entire experience was, let me just be contrite. Fields has been, from first arriving til now, the best company, let alone dealership, I have ever dealt with. I feel that Fields went above and beyond for me. Although I purchased a used vehicle, weeks after the purchase issues with the vehicle were addressed. Fields did NOT have any responsibility to fix these very minor things, but they did. That means a lot to me that the dealership stands behind every vehicle sold. I am treated like family!

I am very proud to be in the Fields family now. Please forward this all the way up as high as you can in management and feel free to share this with anyone about to make a huge mistake and purchase a vehicle from anyone else! Thank you Kevin Stewart and Kerry Kearney!
